Where A TotalStore Review Makes Sense
A preliminary TotalStore review may be appropriate for stores facing an aging refrigeration system, persistent refrigerant leakage, rising service costs, capacity or controls-integration limitations, or a recent major system failure. It can also help stores preparing for a remodel, case replacement or other capital event, as well as those navigating refrigerant availability, cost and regulatory-transition concerns or mixed refrigeration architectures resulting from acquisitions.
The strongest opportunities combine a real system need with a planned capital event, an internal champion or trusted project partner, and a defined decision timeline. A review may also help stores that do not yet have a clearly defined refrigeration transition plan for 2029–2032.
